Shipping & Delivery

Excited about your new coffee? We are too! Here’s what you need to know about shipping and delivery. We want your MmCoffee order to reach you quickly and freshly, so you can start enjoying it as soon as possible.

We deliver across South Africa:
Orders R1000 and above: Free shipping – only applicable to South African orders
Orders under R1000: R100 shipping fee

Delivery times:
Major centres: 1-2 days
Outlying areas: 2-5 days

You’re welcome to collect your order for free from our Kenton-on-Sea shop.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons. Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Contact us directly at theboss@mmcoffee.co.za for shipping costs and delivery times.

Your MmCoffee deserves to arrive at peak freshness. All our parcels are packed with care to maintain the quality of your coffee during transit.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realise you’ve made a mistake after purchase, email us right away at theboss@mmcoffee.co.za. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t be responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

Order processing time:
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order. Should you need your order by a specific date, please place the order in time for us to deliver by the intended date. In the case of a rushed order, please contact us at theboss@mmcoffee.co.za and we will do our best to accommodate this. You will be notified via email of all pertinent information regarding shipping.

Please note: While we endeavour to have orders dispatched in a timely fashion, during sales campaigns and holiday seasons these times may vary slightly. You will be notified of any changes or delays via email should they arise.

Coffee and ready-made items:
Orders placed before 11am are sent to the courier the same day. After 11am, they go out the next business day. Expect delivery in 1-2 days for major cities and 2-5 days for outlying areas. This only applies to items that are in stock.

Custom merchandise orders:
Custom merchandise orders may take 1-2 weeks to prepare. Once ready, delivery times are the same as for ready-made items.

For all orders:
We’ll send you an email as soon as your package is on its way.

Need it by a specific date? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Here’s how it works:
At checkout, select “Send as gift” and enter the recipient’s address.

You can even add a personalised note – we’ll make sure it’s included.

Remember to plan ahead:
Coffee and ready-made items: Delivery takes about 1-2 days for major cities and 2-5 days for outlying areas.

Custom merchandise: Add 1-2 weeks for creation, plus delivery time. Once your item is ready, delivery times are the same as for ready-made items.

Payment Methods

At MmCoffee, we believe great coffee should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer a variety of payment methods to suit your preferences. Here’s how you can pay for your caffeine fix:

CREDIT CARD
Quick and convenient – just like your morning espresso! Simply enter your card details to complete your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and more. It’s as easy as ordering your usual brew.

DEBIT CARD
Just as smooth as our coffee, debit card payments offer the same ease and security as credit cards. Use your bank-issued debit card to make your purchase faster than you can say “double shot latte”.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)
Prefer to keep things old school? No problem! For those who like their payments as filtered as their coffee, we offer EFT as an option. To use this method, please email us at theboss@mmcoffee.co.za to request an invoice with our payment details. Once we receive your payment, we’ll process your order quicker than you can grind fresh beans

MOBILE PAYMENTS
For those always on the go (probably thanks to our coffee!), we accept various mobile payment options including ApplePay, Snapscan, and more. It’s payment at the speed of caffeine!

AND… we accept BITCOIN
Use the QR code to pay with your lightning wallet.

Our range of payment options ensures you can choose the method that best suits your style – whether you’re an espresso express or a slow-brew connoisseur. No matter which method you choose, all transactions are processed securely, protecting your financial information like we protect our secret coffee recipes.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At MmCoffee, we pour our hearts into every brew and product. 

Your satisfaction is our top priority, just like the quality of our coffee. In the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s what you need to know:

Notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, and we’ll offer you a store credit for the price of items returned, subject to our terms below:
✧ The item is UNOPENED (for coffee products) or UNUSED (for merchandise)
✧ It’s neatly packaged in its original, undamaged packaging
✧ It’s not missing anything, like a coffee scoop or the box it was shipped in
✧ It was bought at full price, not on sale
✧ It’s returned within 14 days of receiving the package

Note: Couriers are entitled to refuse collection of a product that isn’t properly packaged for transport. Just like you, we want our products to reach us safely and in top shape.

Once we’ve received your returned product, we’ll inspect it and conclude your return within 7 days, providing you with store credit, given the returned product has met our return terms and conditions.
